Tier III - Free To All Vendors

Free basic listing of company discount offers showing:

> Percentage amount of the discount

> Dollar value of the discount (when possible)

Tier II - Referral Program

Free listing of discount offers for providers that include ACRE in their affinity/referral program or through a similar arrangement, in exchange for:

> Higher placement in category listings in the Discount Clearinghouse than Tier III vendors

> Enhanced listing with detailed product features and company logo

Tier I - Exclusive Offers

Free premium tier reserved for providers that offer additional exclusive discounts to nonprofits available only through ACRE, paired with participation in a referral program. Providers get:

> Premier visibility in the Discount Clearinghouse and inclusion in ACRE’s email marketing and social media.

> Extensive listing in the Discount Clearinghouse to include company supplied information about products/services and the value they bring to nonprofit.

> Exclusive top-tier status in your industry (only one company permitted in Tier 1 per category)

>Opportunities ito participate in ACRE marketing vehicles as content experts for your industry

The Nonprofit Buying Network

ACRE’s Nonprofit Buying Network connects vendors with nonprofits that are actively planning purchases—not just researching options. When nonprofits engage the Network, vendors are invited to compete by offering their most competitive pricing, with the understanding that strong bids today can help lock in future opportunities to bid on relevant projects sought by other nonprofits that utilize tne Network.

This is not a public discount directory and not a group purchasing organization. There are no upfront fees, no exclusivity requirements, and no guaranteed outcomes. Participation is opportunity-driven and performance-based.

Vendors benefit from:

  • Access to motivated nonprofit buyers
  • Fewer speculative sales conversations
  • The ability to price strategically for long-term nonprofit growth
  • Success-based fees only when business is awarded

Nonprofits can access the Network for free. ACRE is compensated through a modest, success-based vendor referral fee—typically 3–5%, paid only when vendor purchase agreements are signed. Vendor success fees may be capped to preserve pricing competitiveness, particularly for larger or long-term engagements.

Other Ways To Increase Nonprofit Sales With ACRE

  • Limited Offer Promotion: For companies that want ACRE to promote a special deal to a limited number of nonprofits (i.e. The first five nonprofits to buy through the Discount Clearinghouse receive a 25% rebate) and/or for a limited amount of a time. (i.e. A 15% discount available to nonpfrofits through the Discount Clearinghouse until June 1st) (Referral Fee Only Upon Sale). ACRE promotes special limited offers through social media, email marketing, and direct contact with nonprofits. 

 

  • Pilot Program Promotion: For companies that are rolling out a new or improved product or service and want ACRE to promote a  special deal for a limited number of nonprofits and/or a limited amount of time.  In exchange for the exclusive discount only available through the Discount Clearinghouse, ACRE will collect testimonials and/or case studies from the nonprofit buyers. (Referral Fee Only Upon Sale). ACRE promotes special limited offers through social media, email marketing, and direct contact with nonprofits. 

 

  • Evergreen Partnership: For companies that want to fully embrace their cost-saving business model by advertising in ACRE marketing materials, co-sponsoring webinars with ACRE, providing thought leadership content promoted by ACRE, etc. (Rate Negotiable Based On Level Of Engagement)
